Bullseye Builders Ownership Acquires JG Companies

JG Service Company today announces that it has been purchased by the ownership team of Bullseye Builders, Inc. The acquisition will create JG Companies, which will consist of the JG Construction and JG Facilities divisions.

Established in 1979, the divisions that make up JG Companies have a strong reputation for construction and facilities excellence in southern and central California. The Construction division provides general contracting services and construction management for new construction, tenant improvements and multi-site rollout programs. The Facilities division specializes in facility maintenance, service calls, small project improvements and 24-hour emergency services. Both divisions service the retail, industrial and multi-family residential sectors.
